Big Build Construction ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through our website, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using this website or submitting a request, you agree to the practices described below.
We only collect the information you choose to give us. When you submit an estimate request or contact form, this typically includes:
We may also collect basic, non-identifying analytics data such as pages visited and general location, to help us improve the website.
We use the information you provide solely to:
When you submit a form on this website, you consent to be contacted by Big Build Construction by phone call, text message, or email regarding your request. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, and message and data rates may apply if we contact you by text. You may ask us to stop contacting you at any time by replying STOP to a text, or by calling or emailing us at the details below.
We keep estimate and contact submissions only as long as needed to respond to your request, provide services you hire us for, and meet our normal business and recordkeeping needs. When the information is no longer needed, we delete it or retain it only in aggregated, non-identifying form.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share it with trusted service providers that help us operate the website and respond to you — for example, our form and hosting provider (Netlify). These providers are permitted to use your information only to perform services on our behalf.
This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. It relies only on the essential cookies needed for the site and our form provider (Netlify) to function, and on standard server logs kept by our hosting provider. If we add website analytics in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some features may not function as intended if you do.
We take reasonable measures to protect the information submitted through our website. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You may request that we access, update, or delete the personal information you have submitted, and you can opt out of future communications at any time, by contacting us at the details below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy laws — including the right to know what personal information we hold and the right to request its deletion. We honor these requests regardless of your location and will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
