Our Work
A whole-home remodel is fundamentally different from a single-room project. Instead of one trade sequence, you're orchestrating four or five — structural changes, electrical and plumbing reroutes, HVAC modifications, multi-room demo and rebuild, and finish carpentry across the entire footprint — under one schedule. Done well, it's the cleanest way to update a home because every system aligns: new flooring runs continuous across rooms, wiring is brought up to current code in one pass, and the design language stays consistent room-to-room. Done badly, it's the kind of project that drags 18+ months and leaves families living in dust.
The most common whole-home scopes we run combine a kitchen remodel, two or more bathroom remodels, and full-house flooring with paint and trim. Larger projects add wall removals for open-concept living, master suite expansions, and finished basements or ADUs. Every project starts with structural review (load paths, beam sizing, header detailing), an electrical load calculation against the existing panel, and a written week-by-week schedule organized so trades don't trip over each other.
Most homeowners stay in the house during a whole-home renovation, which means sequencing matters more than scope. We zone the work — typically kitchens and primary baths get done first while a secondary kitchen or bathroom stays operational — and seal off active work areas with dust walls and HEPA filtration. Daily cleanup is non-negotiable on our jobs, because we know the homeowner is sleeping 30 feet from where we're cutting drywall the next morning.
Communication is the other half of the equation. Every project gets a shared schedule with milestones, a single point of contact (the owner, not a project manager who's juggling 12 jobs), and same-day responses to questions.
